This breakfast porridge is both Paleo and Keto diet frindly and is a great substitute for oatmeal or other hot cereals. perfect for cold days.

An easy and fairly quick Keto recipe that will have you wondering why you haven’t tried it before! If you have an instant pot the recipe will be even quicker. If not a regular slow cooker will do just fine. make sure to brown the meat before you put it in the slow cooker though.
The Ketogenic Diet requires a TON of fat. so much so that it can be a struggle to get enough, healthy fat in to you every day. that’s while It great when you can use avocados in any recipe. they have a large amount of healthy fat and they taste great!
