This recipe uses goat cheese, which is a bit different from most fat bombs, I dont know if I’ve seen it used before in a fat bomb. Goat cheese has almost no carbs in it thought so if you are in to the flavor then you should go for it.
Blueberries are also a great addition. they go well with the cheese and coconut to create an amazing texture and flavor combo.
If you dont like/cant get a hold of goat cheese try cream cheese instead!
